I have carefully chosen suppliers and ingredients highlighting Scottish producers from the milk dude Bryce@Mossgiel, to the egg lady Anne@Corrie Mains Farm, to the flour guy Angus@Mungowells and not to forget the mad professor of coffee Alistair@Home Ground Coffee. My aim is to use as much organic produce as possible. As for plastics, my disposables come from Vegware and is completely 100% compostable. So help me save the oceans!

Fortune Dragon Chinese Restaurant
Fortune Dragon Chinese Restaurant opened its doors in May 2021, taking over from the Steayban. The Glassford Inn is still open and the Fortune Dragon offers a takeaway service with a wide range of fantastic menu options. It is also open as a sit-in Chinese restaurant.

The Crib – Community Coffee House
The Crib Community Coffee House is located in The Epicentre. The coffee house offers a warm welcome, a great atmosphere and is a really relaxed place for the community to meet. It is open six days a week, serves amazing food and has fantastic coffee.
